We have new friends in our classroom!!! Please welcome: Hunter, Morgan, Ella and Iancu from Ms. Jessy's room. We are so excited to have you join our classroom!!!
Our new summer intern has also joined us. Her name is Laura Ashley Smith. Please help us to welcome her to our classroom.
We had an awesome time swimming today!!!
For the next few weeks we will be talking about friendship and responsibility through book studies.
The following are the books we will be covering:
- Farmer Duck- friendship
- Pigs Aplenty, Piga Galore- responsibility
- Hush- caring for others
- Goldilocks and the Three Bears- being responsible
With these book we will be doing many activities related to the books that help promote these certain traits.
We have also made a list of the BIG WORDS from the Jaimie Lee Curtis book. We will post these in our classroom and discuss them throughout the day.
Some of the words are:

- consequence
- patience
- considerate/inconsiderate
- respect
- understand
- celebrate

- impossible
It is always a positive to extend our vocabulary whenever possible!!
