It's Getting Buggy in Here!

Yesterday we went out in the field to look for bugs and were looking especially hard for ladybugs. We found not only ladybugs but also ladybug larvae and pupa. We have some in our classroom to look at.

We are going back in the field this afternoon to do more investigating!!
We also made a large caterpillar to display in the hallway once the glue is dry.
We read Peter's Chair and played pass the beanbag.
We practiced writing on the easel.
We also went into the multi-purpose room this morning to skip, jump, hop and run! We love to go in there and get some energy out. Monday we got to take the tricycles and scooters in there to ride...that was a treat!!!

we are loving having the large train puzzle out right now as well as the large alphabet puzzles!

This is what we had to eat today:
snack-cereal bars, mandarin oranges and milk
lunch-mac and cheese, lima beans, roll, pears and milk
